Clients Blackbox, Inc. is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors. We own client performance end-to-end, including strategy, messaging, creative testing, and reporting.

This senior role drives campaigns, copy, and funnel optimization to deliver qualified appointments and growth. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, lead client calls, and translate performance data into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience leading client-facing strategy conversations and multi-account management.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine where changes improve results.
