Job summary

Fetch is seeking a search-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead growth across Apple and Google ecosystems. This role centers on driving high-intent user acquisition via expert management of search channels and owned assets to sustain competitive growth.

This full-time position can be held from a US office or remotely within the United States, with emphasis on experimentation, AI-enabled automation, and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing with a heavy focus on search platforms and mobile app growth.
• Expert-level knowledge of Apple Search Ads and the Google Ads ecosystem (including App Campaigns, YouTube, and PMax).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and delivering measurable growth results.
• Deep experience in designing and analyzing marketing experiments and creative A/B tests.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, and MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and daily optimization of ASA and Google App Campaigns to meet growth targets.
• Lead full-funnel search, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns across the user journey.
• Think beyond acquisition to drive holistic growth through owned channels.
• Design and run a rigorous roadmap for experimentation and creative A/B testing.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop new ad concepts and messaging.
• Monitor CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention; collaborate with analytics on attribution.
• Manage large budgets and forecasting to maximise ROI.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and improve marketing effectiveness.
