Job summary

SUR is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition for its high-ticket coaching and education programs for fitness and wellness professionals. This in‑house role covers Meta, Google, and YouTube, with responsibility for campaigns, landing page optimization, and email flows to maximize conversions.

You'll monitor CAC, ROAS, and funnel performance, guide creative direction, and collaborate with sales to improve lead quality. Remote, full-time with PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing $100k–$250k+ per month in paid media.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• In-house full-time role welcome; agency background accepted.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Drive qualified applications and booked calls for high-ticket programs.
• Manage campaigns for webinars, lead magnets, launches, and evergreen funnels.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, CPL, and funnel performance.
• Build testing plans for creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
• Ensure accurate tracking across pixels, UTMs, CRM stages, and attribution.
• Recommend ad creative direction and angles based on data.
• Identify landing page friction and propose fixes to copy/layout/offers.
• Contribute to email and nurture sequences affecting conversions.
• Collaborate with sales to assess lead quality and pipeline movement.
• Use AI tools to improve analysis, testing, and reporting.
