Job summary

20four7VA is seeking a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns and high-ticket funnels for clients worldwide. This remote role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to work independently, analyze performance, and document processes for scalable training.

The contractor will handle Meta and Google Ads, test creatives, optimize conversions, and build GoHighLevel funnels with landing pages, checkout flows, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience with demonstrated results.
• Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Solid hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Proven experience building and optimizing high-ticket funnels (1500–5000+ offers).
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
• Experience with Notion and Slack.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising metrics, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking.
• Familiarity with short-form video, UGC-style creative, and hook testing.
• Familiarity with Meta's Special Ad Category requirements for financial services.
• Strong written English for ad copy, reporting, and SOP documentation.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document processes and train others.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns and optimize for performance.
• Support future TikTok Ads launches and management.
• Monitor campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Test ad creative, hooks, messaging, and audiences.
• Scale high-performing campaigns and creatives.
• Build and optimize high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel.
• Create landing pages, checkout processes, and follow-up sequences.
• Ensure accurate funnel lead flow and follow-up.
