Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager based in the United States to lead paid marketing strategy across self-serve acquisition and sales-assisted demand generation. You will manage multi-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, video, and display), optimize budgets, and connect marketing activity to revenue.

You will work with Product, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Data teams to build an experimentation program, improve targeting, landing pages, and conversion

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B digital marketing and performance marketing with paid media budgets.
• Experience across self-serve and sales-assisted demand generation.
• Strong ability to design and interpret structured tests and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid marketing strategy across search, social, video and display.
• Manage budgets, targets and optimization to maximize acquisition efficiency.
• Drive activated users, pipeline, and revenue for self-serve and sales-assisted channels.
• Lead experimentation across audiences, creatives, landing pages and offers.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams on measurement.
