Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a senior, hands-on performance marketer to own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end.

You will lead client conversations, manage Meta performance, write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, and develop testing strategies to optimize the funnel. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for client performance, relationships, and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with Meta
• Ability to lead client-facing strategy conversations
• Proven track record of optimizing campaigns toward targets

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance and strategy
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports
• Translate data into actionable recommendations
• Build client relationships to support retention and referrals
• Identify account risks and opportunities
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, structure, and creative testing
• Monitor performance against cost-per-appointment and other metrics
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement changes
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creatives, and variables
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and copy while maintaining quality
• Collaborate with video editors and provide direction
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly/Zapier workflows
• Identify and resolve technical issues between platforms
• Evaluate performance across media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow
