Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. seeks a senior performance marketer to own client accounts end-to-end—leading strategy calls, managing Meta campaigns, writing direct-response copy and VSL scripts, and designing testing plans.

You will drive funnel improvements, ensure client retention, and collaborate with video editors for compelling creative. The role requires hands-on experience across paid media, analytics, and client relationships, with a focus on high-ticket campaigns and appointment generation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media, with Meta responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and strategy calls.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while retaining clients.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and VSLs.
• Experience with testing creative concepts and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as main strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly calls, report performance, and set testing priorities.
• Write direct-response copy and VSL scripts for financial services.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, and creatives.
• Set up tracking, pixels, Calendly/Zapier integrations, and lead routing.
