Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads across multiple brands. This senior player-coach role requires hands-on execution, strategic leadership, and the ability to challenge strategy, bidding, and measurement.

You will also contribute to an AI-first knowledge base inside Claude, building playbooks, prompts, and repeatable workflows that accelerate the team’s speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
• Experience coaching, leading, hiring, and evaluating paid search teams.
• Direct ownership of large Google Ads budgets, ideally $5M+ per month hands-on and $10M+ per month at portfolio level.
• Strong experience with Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
• Microsoft Ads experience including Microsoft Audience Network.
• Proven record scaling accounts profitably across countries/languages.
• Understanding of subscription economics: LTV, CAC, ROAS, payback windows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale advertising across the Ruby Labs portfolio.
• Coach and develop acquisition managers and set account standards.
• Improve performance and protect account health across a multi-brand setup.
• Conduct regular audits and identify missed opportunities across Google and Bing.
• Own knowledge base with playbooks, audit frameworks, prompts, and workflows for the team.
