AllCare is seeking a hands-on leader to own all performance marketing—SEO, paid media, and marketing automation—driving qualified demand from senior living facilities and families seeking care. This is a build-and-run role: set the strategy, then execute it, and stand up channels, tracking, and funnel for fast, measurable results.

As the program proves out, you may build a team beneath you, with opportunities to scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on performance marketing with a track record of building and scaling paid, SEO, and lifecycle programs.

Responsibilities

• Own AllCare's performance marketing end to end across SEO, SEM/paid media, and marketing automation.
• Build, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Lead technical, on-page, content, and local SEO.
• Design and run lifecycle and lead-nurture programs in an automation stack.
• Stand up clean tracking, attribution, and dashboards (GA4).
• Ship high-converting landing pages and run A/B tests on messaging and funnels.
• Ensure campaigns respect healthcare advertising standards.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, content, and leadership to align marketing with service delivery.
