Job summary

Adventist Health Roseville and its shared service teams seek a Program Manager, Performance Improvement to lead, coach, and deploy improvement initiatives across large programs. You will direct organizational deployment of performance improvement, including mentoring, scorecard tracking, and reporting.

You will design measurement systems, oversee budgets, and guide teams to deliver actionable insights that elevate care quality and operational efficiency across our Sacramento area footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
• Five years' of healthcare experience in quality, patient safety, risk management, or performance improvement.
• Two years' of healthcare experience in quality, patient safety, risk management, or performance improvement preferred.
• Two years' of direct leadership experience in healthcare or related setting.
