Job summary

Minnesota Direct Care and Treatment seeks an Outpatient Services Quality and Safety Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of an integrated quality and safety program across Outpatient Services.

The role requires strategic leadership, coordination across service lines, and collaboration with federal, state, and local partners to ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of risk management, quality, safety and/or compliance experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience reading and applying federal and state quality and safety requirements.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects across multiple units.
• Knowledge of accrediting/licensing agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of quality and safety initiatives across Outpatient Services.
• Coordinate cross-department planning of quality and safety activities.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure alignment of the quality and safety plan.
• Lead implementation of the Outpatient Services Quality Program and serve as liaison to service line leadership.
• Monitor, audit, analyze, and report program performance against standards.
