Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to own the ideation, scripting, planning, and management of the creative process for Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and direct response campaigns. You’ll drive volume and quality across paid channels with a focus on data-driven decisions and rapid iteration.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in performance creative for DTC brands, experience briefing long-form VSLs, and a track record of producing high-converting content while leveraging an AI stack in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance creative for DTC brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of direct response and VSL formats.
• Experience scaling campaigns across paid channels with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full creative process from scripting to final output.
• Develop and brief high-converting VSLs and short/long-form ad concepts.
• Collaborate with editors and marketers to test and iterate creatives.
• Analyze performance data to optimize creatives and strategies.
• Produce at least 15 ad briefs per week with high volume and quality.
