Job summary

KittySpout / DoggySpout is hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to ideate, script, plan and manage the entire creative process with a heavy focus on Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and high-converting direct response ads that scale across paid channels. Fully remote, 3+ years of DR experience, and deep DTC expertise are required.

Salary is USD 3,000 - 6,000 per month base (experience-based) plus a percentage of ad spend bonus structure. We spend $2,000,000+ per month on Meta.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct response performance creative experience for DTC brands or in a creative agency.
• Deep DTC brand experience with spend levels behind your work.
• Proven VSL copywriting experience for DR/perf brands.
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Manage the full creative process from scripting to final creative to produce high-converting creatives.
• Brief, script, and plan direct response creatives for Meta and other paid channels.
• Produce a minimum of 15 ad briefs per week, maintaining volume and quality.
• Analyze creative performance and iterate strategy based on data from platforms like Northbeam and Facebook Ads
