Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of affiliate/influencer marketing experience
• Experience managing a program on AspireIQ or similar platform
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Solid spreadsheet skills for tracking and reporting
• Understanding of FTC disclosure requirements and compliance

Responsibilities

• Own and run the affiliate program end to end on AspireIQ
• Recruit affiliates, manage platform, optimize commissions and codes
• Process affiliate payouts accurately and on time
• Monitor performance (clicks, conversions, revenue) and report on affiliate contribution
• Build a pipeline of high-performing affiliates and promote top creators
• Ensure FTC compliance and brand standards; monitor for fraud
• Collaborate with finance and operations on payouts and reporting
• Communicate program updates and incentives to affiliates
• Run A/B tests to optimize the affiliate funnel
