Job summary

RYZE is seeking a performance-driven Affiliate Marketing Lead to own and run our affiliate program on AspireIQ end to end—recruit affiliates, manage the platform, optimize commissions, and surface high-performing creators for paid partnerships.

This role reports to the Influencer Marketing Manager and will measure success by affiliate-driven revenue, program growth, and the quality of the creator pipeline, while ensuring FTC compliance and brand standards across all activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of affiliate or influencer marketing experience.
• Experience managing a program on AspireIQ or a similar platform.
• Strong understanding of commission structures and payouts.
• Excellent written communication and organization.
• Ability to analyze program data for optimization.
• FTC compliance awareness for disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and administer the affiliate program.
• Set commission structures, codes, and links, and handle payouts.
• Monitor performance metrics and report affiliate contribution.
• Build a pipeline of high-performing affiliates and promote top creators.
• Ensure FTC disclosures meet brand standards.
• Identify fraud and policy violations and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate with finance on payout reconciliation.
• Communicate program updates to affiliates.
• Run A/B tests to optimize the affiliate funnel.
