Job summary

Runpod, the AI Developer Cloud, is seeking a hands-on Affiliate & Creator Marketing Lead to grow and consolidate our affiliate and influencer programs into a single performance-driven motion. You’ll own partnerships with affiliates and creators, extend reach across platforms, and build incentive structures that drive signups and revenue.

This mid-senior role collaborates with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, PR/Comms, DevRel, and Sales; you’ll turn one-off sponsor placements into ongoing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of recruiting and managing affiliates or creators.
• Experience with incentive design and creator economics.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (PartnerStack, Awin, or similar).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of creator culture and content trends.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Runpod's affiliate program end to end.
• Strengthen relationships with existing high-performing affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate performance and attribution in PartnerStack.
• Continuously test and refine commission structures and incentives.
• Transition influencer activity into a performance-driven motion within the affiliate program.
• Build a repeatable process for finding new creators across platforms.
• Partner with DevRel to surface creators and community members.
• Evaluate creators for audience fit, reach, and content quality.
• Build relationships with promising creators and bring them into the program.
• Design partnership concepts (challenges, giveaways, co-branded content).
• Track what’s working across creator content and drive revenue-focused formats.
• Own reporting cadence for affiliate and creator performance.
• Manage contracts, payouts, and day-to-day coordination with platforms.
