Guidelight is seeking a Colorado-licensed therapist to provide per diem telehealth services. The role focuses on day-shift coverage for group therapy, with capacity for individual client support as needed.

Therapists will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a distributed health team to deliver high-quality behavioral health interventions. The position offers remote work from MST with per diem hours, emphasizing supervision, confidentiality, and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active Colorado independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Experience with group therapy, including virtual Group Therapy.
• Experience in IOP/PHP settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for cohesive care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers and physicians for comprehensive care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within established timeframes and guidelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Assess community resources for treatment and aftercare planning.
• Follow confidentiality and ethical guidelines; stay updated on best practices.
