Guidelight Health, Inc. seeks a Colorado-licensed therapist to provide per diem telehealth therapy, including 1:1 and group sessions, primarily during daytime hours in MST.

You will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a distributed virtual team to deliver high-quality behavioral health interventions. The role emphasizes independent licensure in Colorado, willingness to obtain additional licenses, and experience with IOP/PHP settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid Colorado independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested
• Experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling and group therapy
• Experience working virtually in telehealth environments

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames and with thoroughness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Identify community resources for treatment and aftercare planning.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and resources.
