Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a per diem Clinical Therapist to provide coverage for group therapy and occasional 1:1 sessions. The role emphasizes high-quality behavioral health care delivered onsite.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Active state licensure in the required or relevant state(s).
• Experience with group therapy and a structured curriculum.
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate clinicians where allowed.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for group therapy sessions, with potential 1:1 sessions as needed.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Maintain thorough documentation and monitor client progress in treatment.
