Job summary

Guidelight Health, Inc. is seeking a Colorado Virtual Per Diem Therapist (Days) to provide high-quality telehealth therapy to individuals and groups. The role emphasizes 1:1 and group therapy, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Licensed Colorado therapists will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in a remote setting, with supervision hours and ongoing professional development supported by Guidelight.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid Colorado independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.
• Experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling and group therapy.
• Ability to manage clients in virtual settings and telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy via telehealth.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for cohesive case conceptu alization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and clinicians for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessment within identified timeframes and consult with leaders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews.
• Educate clients and families about mental health while building trust.
• Attend weekly clinical supervision with client updates and questions.
