Guidelight Health is seeking a Colorado-licensed teletherapy professional for evening per diem work. The role focuses on delivering individual and group therapy via telehealth in an IOP/PHP-oriented program, with supervision to support growth.

The position is remote (MST) and per diem, requiring 8+ hours per month and up to 10 hours per week as coverage needs arise. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Formación

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.
• Colorado independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.
• Experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling and group therapy.
• Ability to work effectively in virtual/telehealth settings.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians for continuity of care.
• Perform suicide risk assessments within established time frames.
