Job summary

Guidelight Health, Inc. is seeking a per diem Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality care for individuals with behavioral health needs.

You will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective interventions. Responsibilities include group therapy coverage, potential individual support, and ensuring adherence to standard curricula and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid state licensure in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological, biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy and document progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Perform suicide risk assessments and participate in team case reviews.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and behavioral issues.
