Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Colorado-licensed mental health professional for Virtual Evening Per Diem Therapist roles. This telehealth position focuses on 1:1 and group therapy in an IOP/PHP framework, with coverage for evening shifts in MST remote settings.

You will deliver high-quality behavioral health services, develop treatment plans, participate in supervision, and collaborate with a distributed care team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid Colorado independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.
• Experience providing behavioral therapy and group therapy.
• Experience delivering telehealth in IOP/PHP settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group therapy via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess clients and monitor progress, updating plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within required timeframes and guidelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Support community resources and aftercare planning.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and therapy options.
