Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a PeopleSoft Financials Developer to design, build, and support enterprise financial systems and integrations. The role covers REST services through Integration Broker, extensive SQL work for reconciliation and reporting, unit testing, and production support.

You will mentor peers and collaborate across teams in a remote setting. The contract-to-hire position requires W2 alignment with benefits.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of development experience in PeopleSoft Financials modules: AP, GL, AR, and Purchasing.
• Expert SQL development, including stored procedures, SSIS packages, SQL Server Agent jobs, and complex T-SQL queries.
• Experience with REST API web services and Integration Broker.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and development of specifications and review prepared programming specifications.
• Develop detailed system designs and review approved system designs with the project team.
• Develop application code and review code that requires modification.
• Develop and coordinate technical implementation plans.
• Unit test application code and assist with system testing.
• Prepare and update all necessary documentation.
• Perform implementation activities.
• Provide production support including on-call rotation and technical assistance to end users and IT staff.
• Review schedules, objectives, and priorities with the service manager.
• Initiate suggestions for improvement to systems and procedures.
• Assist with routine work of the department as required.
