Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a remote PeopleSoft Financials Developer to design, build, and support enterprise financial systems for a client in the Financial Services sector.

The role focuses on PeopleSoft components (Application Designer, App Engine, Integration Broker), REST services, and advanced SQL for reconciliation and reporting. You will own testing, docs, deployment plans, and on-call support while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring peers.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of PeopleSoft Financials development.
• Experience with HCM Payroll for North America is a plus.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.
• Experience with REST web services.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and development of specifications and review prepared programming specifications.
• Develop detailed system designs and review approved system designs with the project team.
• Develop application code and review code that requires modification.
• Develop and coordinate technical implementation plans.
• Unit test application code and assist with system testing.
• Prepare and update all necessary documentation.
• Perform implementation activities.
• Provide production support including on-call rotation and technical assistance to end users and IT staff.
• Review schedules, objectives, and priorities with the service manager.
• Initiate suggestions for improvement to systems and procedures.
• Assist with routine work of the department as required.
