Qualifications

• Strong experience implementing or supporting PeopleSoft Financials and HCM.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions, client workshops, and business process assessments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery workshops and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Assess current-state PeopleSoft Financials processes, configurations, and operations.
• Evaluate key financial processes, controls, reporting and workarounds.
• Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities in business processes.
• Document findings, recommendations, and future-state options for client decisions.
• Contribute to roadmap development and modernization discussions.
• Prepare and present findings to client leadership.
