Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education.
• Location Anywhere in the USA; may relocate/travel to client/project location.
• U.S. persons required by 22 C.F.R. §120.15.
• Experience in PeopleTools development: PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, SQR, IB.
• 11 years of IT experience.
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance – 2+ modules (AP/PO/AR/BI/PC/CA/GL/AM/TR).
• Strong knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling with Autosys.
• Experience testing integrations with external and internal systems.
• Ability to redesign and separate integrations using Integration Broker.
• Strong Oracle/SQL database skills for cloning, tuning, backups, data security.
• Root cause analysis and issue resolution; knowledge of software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Address user issues and resolve technical problems; manage tickets and service requests.
• Interact with customer process consultants and SMEs; perform root cause analysis and improve processes.
• Perform needed configuration updates and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Travel may be required as per job requirements.
