Job summary

Infosys is seeking a PeopleSoft Technical Principal Consultant with deep knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials modules. The role involves addressing user issues, resolving technical problems, managing tickets and service requests, and performing necessary configuration updates.

You will work with customer process consultants and SMEs to perform root cause analysis and drive process improvements. The position isAnywhere in the USA, may require relocation/travel to client sites, and requires 11+

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Location for this position is Anywhere in the USA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
• Demonstrated experience on PeopleTools development – PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, SQR, IB experience.
• 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• Working knowledge in PeopleSoft Finance – 2 or more modules of AP/PO/AR/BI/PC/CA/GL/AM/TR modules
• Strong data migration & carve-out extraction skills using SQL, DMS, ETL.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling using Workload automation tools (Autosys Preferred).
• Experience testing integrations with external and internal systems.
• Ability to redesign and separate integrations using Integration Broker.
• Solid Oracle/SQL database skills for cloning, tuning, backups, and data security.
• Issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis, recommend solution to complex issues.
• Good understanding of software engineering practices and support processes.
