Job summary

Splitero, Inc. is seeking a People Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to people managers, guiding performance conversations, team dynamics, and day-to-day leadership challenges.

You will own performance management end-to-end and evolve the compensation strategy in alignment with company goals, while partnering with Finance on commission plans. You will lead investigations and employee relations, deliver manager training, and drive continuous improvements in People Operations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience with 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Proven experience owning compensation administration and evolving comp strategy.
• Proven experience designing and evolving performance management methodology.
• Proven experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations independently.
• Ability to coach and influence people managers and build true partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner coaching managers through performance conversations and team dynamics.
• Own end-to-end performance management and evolving review strategies with KPIs.
• Own and evolve compensation strategy, analyzing market data and coordinating with finance.
• Identify and resolve workplace issues, translating data into recommendations.
• Deliver and evolve People Manager training and leadership development programs.
• Improve People Operations policies and self-serve resources for people management.
• Serve as primary contact for employee relations and workplace investigations.
