Job summary

Splitero, Inc. seeks a People Business Partner to partner with people managers, owning performance management, compensation, and employee relations. You will lead investigations and coach managers to drive engagement and growth.

This role reports to the VP of People and collaborates across People Operations in a fast-growing startup. Based in the San Diego area, you will shape scalable processes, policies, and training while supporting a remote-friendly, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience with 3+ years in an HRBP role.
• Proven compensation administration experience and evolving strategies.
• Experience designing and evolving performance management methodologies.
• Proven employee relations experience including investigations.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to people managers coaching performance and team dynamics.
• Own end-to-end performance management and update KPIs with guidance for managers.
• Own and evolve compensation strategy, analyze data, and coordinate with finance.
• Address workplace issues affecting engagement and morale with data-driven recommendations.
• Deliver and evolve People Manager training and development programs.
• Improve People Operations policies and self-serve resources related to people management.
