Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a People Recruiter to join our fast-growing team. This remote role reports to the Corporate HUB in Stamford, CT and requires residency in the United States with up to 25% travel for recruiting events.

You will partner with leaders to attract top talent for corporate and retail roles. As part of Lovesac, you’ll help source and hire exceptional candidates, manage the interview process, and contribute to employer branding while ensuring compliant, efficient recruitment operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or related Recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment with high volume.
• Experience with ATS and external job boards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: identify needs and build recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Experience: manage candidate updates and interviews; ensure inclusive culture.
• Employer Branding & Outreach: represent Lovesac at events and craft targeted postings.
• Process & Compliance: maintain records, track metrics, ensure policy compliance.
