Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a People Recruiter to join our remote team reporting to the Corporate HUB in Stamford, CT. You will partner with leaders to identify hiring needs and attract top talent for corporate and retail roles, building a strong pipeline and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, sourcing across multiple channels, and proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office. Travel up to 25% for events and meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related recruitment experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience across corporate and retail environments.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment with multiple open roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
• Source top talent via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews and guide selection with hiring managers to ensure fair decisions.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent Lovesac at events and promote the employer brand.
