Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a People Recruiter to partner with leaders across the business, identify and hire top talent for corporate and retail roles. The role is remote with reporting to the Lovesac Corporate HUB in Stamford, CT, and requires domestic travel as needed.

We value candidates who are strong communicators, results-driven, and able to manage a high-volume hiring pace in a fast-growing company. You will drive sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding while ensuring a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or related Recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and create recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage top talent through diverse channels and build a candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews and guide selection to ensure a fair process.
• Maintain compliant candidate records and track recruiting metrics.
