Job summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to be embedded within business teams, acting as the de facto Chief People Officer for their unit and owning employee relations, performance management, levelling and promotions, and compensation.

As part of the role, you will gather deep, anecdotal feedback and report to the team leader and Chief People Officer to enable rapid, informed actions by the Executive Leadership Team. This is a global, remote-based position with EST overlap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar model.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company.
• Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI and how it is changing.
• A default orientation toward business outputs and impact, data-driven yet anecdote-informed, skeptical of HR orthodoxy, and analytical with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Refining and guiding the development of People programs such as levelling, promotions, performance management, and cycles.
• Driving workforce planning, organisational design, and change management through deep understanding of the business and market dynamics.
• Collaborating with People Operations & Technology, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards to uplift execution of People Team operations.
