Job summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to act as the Chief People Officer for their teams, embedding in business units and enabling leaders to drive people strategies globally.

You will partner with the People Team to shape levelling, promotions, performance cycles, and organizational design while gathering actionable feedback to inform executive decisions, with a remote-first, EST-overlapping schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced technology company.
• Experience supporting engineering/ CTO orgs.
• Deep expertise with AI and how it is changing the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Refining and guiding the development of People programs such as levelling, promotions, and performance cycles.
• Driving workforce planning, organizational design, and change management through a deep understanding of business dynamics and market trends.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to uplift the execution of People Team operations.
