Blueprint Test Prep is seeking a proactive People Ops Generalist for a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave. You will overlap with the current Generalist for 4-6 weeks to ensure a smooth transition and maintain everyday HR operations.

You’ll handle onboarding/offboarding, benefits and ACA compliance, leave administration, compliance training, and job description maintenance. This role is fully remote, hourly, and compensation will reflect experience and qualifications.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in People Operations, HR Support, or HR Generalist roles.
• Tech-forward and quick to pick up new tools; prior experience with ADP Workforce Now, Asana, or EasyLlama is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for full-time and part-time team members.
• Monitor ACA compliance reports and ensure eligible full-time benefits for part-time staff.
• Oversee leave tracking and answer questions with empathy.
• Maintain compliance training tracking and scheduling via EasyLlama.
• Keep job descriptions organized and up to date across teams.
• Train with the current People Ops Generalist and document key workflows for a smooth handoff.
