Job summary

Hypori, Inc. is seeking a SkillBridge Training Program participant as a People Operations Specialist. This role offers a unique chance to apply existing people operations knowledge in a remote capacity while contributing to the daily functions of the People Team.

Qualifications

• Active SkillBridge eligibility with commanding officer approval.
• Ability to work remotely during EST to PST business hours.
• Experience in building people programs or initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own new hire onboarding workflows and audits.
• Manage benefits administration tasks and employee inquiries.
• Drive assigned people programs and improve existing processes.
