Qualifications

• Active SkillBridge eligibility and approval.
• Ability to work remotely during EST to PST business hours.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with compliance records.

Responsibilities

• Own new hire onboarding workflows including documentation and HRIS coordination.
• Manage benefits administration tasks and vendor coordination.
• Drive assigned people programs and culture initiatives from planning to execution.
