Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations at a tech-enabled company.
• Hands-on ownership of benefits, payroll, compliance, and performance cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own benefits, systems, payroll, and multi-state compliance through the PEO.
• Manage vendors and partners; ensure clean cycles and compliant processes.
