Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations at a venture-backed tech company with hands-on ownership of benefits, HRIS, payroll, compliance, performance cycles, or policies.

Responsibilities

• Own the backbone of our People function: benefits, systems, payroll, compliance, policy, and performance cycles.
• Manage vendors, keep us compliant as we grow, and run clean cycles that elevate the employee experience.
• Shape big decisions ahead, like leaving our PEO, replacing our HRIS, and evolving policies and benefits.
