Job summary

Evio is seeking a People Operations Manager to own the teammate experience lifecycle, administer benefits, and manage our people systems. You’ll be the expert on benefits, leave administration, vendor relationships, and SOC controls, ensuring compliant, scalable processes.

You’ll collaborate with Legal and the Head of Evio Experience to update policies, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and deliver an exceptional employee experience backed by data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people operations or HR roles.
• Strong benefits administration and HR compliance experience.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and employee data systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer Evio’s benefits programs and support teammates.
• Own day-to-day administration of people systems (Justworks and future platforms).
• Maintain teammate records, workflows, and documentation.
• Support employment law compliance and HR policies.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
