Atticus is seeking a senior People Operations leader to own benefits, payroll, HRIS, compliance, and policy within a fast-growing startup. You will drive end-to-end people operations, influence vendor management, and ensure scalable, compliant processes across the organization.

The role emphasizes owning the HRIS end-to-end, managing vendors, and guiding system migrations, while shaping benefits and policy evolution. A thoughtful, hands-on approach is essential for a high-ownership culture.

• Shape big decisions ahead, like leaving our PEO, replacing our HRIS, and evolving policies and benefits.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in People Operations at a venture-backed tech company with hands-on ownership of benefits, HRIS, payroll, compliance, performance cycles, or policies.
• Equally comfortable running a benefits analysis as having a tough leave conversation, with tact and clarity.
• Experienced in administering an HRIS end-to-end, managing vendors, and driving system implementations or migrations.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary between $120,000 and $160,000 plus equity and generous benefits.
• Medical and dental insurance fully covered for employees and families, 15 vacation days, and ~20 paid holidays each year.

Location:

• Fully remote role with travel to LA quarterly for team gatherings and offsites, all expenses paid.
