Job summary

Salesloft is seeking a People Operations Coordinator in the United States. This remote, full-time role begins as a three-month contract with a path to full-time engagement.

You will support lifecycle transactions, employee data, ER questions, and payroll/benefits coordination while collaborating with People Business Partners and other teams. The position involves HiBob/ADP data management, onboarding/offboarding, and contributing to compensation cycles and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle administration: manage the employee lifecycle for the assigned business function, from offer through exit.
• Employee data and records: maintain accurate data in HiBob and ADP, process hires, changes, transfers, and terminations.
• HR case management: first point of contact for questions via people@ and HappyFox, escalate as needed.
• Mobility and benefits support: first contact for benefits questions and coordinate with Mobility Specialist.
• PBP, ER and programs support: partner with People Business Partner, conduct weekly syncs, support ER cases and compensation analyses.
• Reporting, analytics and compliance: fulfill data requests, run reports, support audits and filings.
• Process improvement: establish SOPs and drive HRIS/workflow improvements.
• Country expertise: serve as expert for assigned country, maintain local compliance and time zones.
