Job summary

Salesloft is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support employees and managers across functions from offer to exit. You will manage lifecycle transactions, maintain accurate HR data, and partner with People Business Partners and the broader team in a shared services model.

This role covers country expertise, benefits and mobility interactions, ER support, reporting, and process improvements. You’ll work across time zones and cultures, and grow toward People Business Partner leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in HR operations, shared services, or HR administration.
• Hands-on HRIS experience and a case management tool (JIRA, happy fox, service now, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential data, and clear written communication
• Comfort supporting business leaders and managers, and working across time zones and cultures
• Exposure to global employment practices and multi-country HR administration is preferred
• Experience supporting a high-growth or sales-led organization is preferred
• Experience with process documentation, reporting, or workflow automation is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Administration. Manages the employee lifecycle for the assigned business function, from offer through exit.
• Employee Data & Records. Maintains accurate employee data in HiBob and ADP for the assigned business function.
• HR Case Management. Serves as the first point of contact for employee and manager questions.
• Mobility, & Benefits Support. Serves as the first point of contact for benefits questions.
• PBP, ER & Programs Support. Partners with the assigned People Business Partner and supports ER and promotions.
• Reporting, Analytics & Compliance Support. Fulfills data requests and runs standard reports.
• Process Improvement. Establishes SOPs and drives HRIS/workflow improvements.
• Country Expertise. Serves as the expert for an assigned country, ensuring local compliance.
