Salesloft is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join a remote US team. This role starts as a three-month contract with the potential to convert to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

You will embed with a functional pod (Engineering, Marketing, Sales), manage employee lifecycle from offer to exit, handle data integrity, HR transactions, and partner with People Business Partners to support a high-volume, high-accuracy HR service delivery.

Formación

• 2-4 years in HR operations, shared services, or HR administration.
• Hands-on HRIS experience and case management tools (JIRA, HappyFox, ServiceNow).
• Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential data.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures with leadership.
• Exposure to multi-country HR administration preferred.
• Experience in high-growth or sales-led organizations preferred.
• Experience with process documentation, reporting, or workflow automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lifecycle Administration: manages employee lifecycle from offer through exit.
• Employee Data & Records: maintains data in HiBob and ADP for the function.
• HR Case Management: handles employee questions via email and HappyFox.
• Mobility & Benefits Support: acts as the first contact for benefits queries.
• PBP Partnership & ER Support: coordinates with People Partners on ER matters.
• Program administration: manages promotions and compensation processes.
• Survey, QBR & Talent Support: supports engagement surveys and data prep.
• Reporting, Analytics & Compliance Support: runs reports and supports audits.
• Process Improvement: develops SOPs and drives workflow improvements.
• Country Expertise: serves as expert for assigned country with local compliance.
