Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a People Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to the COO and business leaders across designated departments. You will align people strategies with business goals, drive talent initiatives, employee relations, and performance management, while fostering a high-performance culture and positive employee experience.

In this role, you will lead workforce planning, change initiatives, and policy development, partnering with leaders to build leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years in an HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking with ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement People & Culture strategies aligned with goals.
• Support performance management processes including employee relations and evaluations.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and culture development.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies; monitor engagement and retention.
• Administer People & Culture policies in line with compliance and company goals.
• Collaborate on projects like succession planning, leadership development, internships, mentorship, and job architecture.
• Monitor KPIs and support action planning.
