You will travel to sites, partner on org design and performance, and drive 24/7 workforce initiatives with speed and ownership. This role demands credibility with technicians and leadership alike.

Qualifications

• You've been an HR business partner for operations, manufacturing, or field workforces.
• You've handled employee relations cases end to end: investigation, documentation, resolution.
• You're credible with site technicians and VPs in the same day.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data center operations leadership across sites: org design, performance, and the people calls a 24/7 operation generates.
• Support site leaders on shift workforce management: scheduling models, fatigue, and retention.
• Run employee relations for a distributed hourly and salaried workforce, fairly and fast.
• Build people programs that work at a data center: onsite, shift-based, safety-adjacent.
