Job summary

You will partner with senior management across offices and practices to identify top candidates, leverage executive search networks, and maintain active relationships with external recruiters and career centers to ensure a diverse, high-quality candidate slate for critical roles.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in recruiting.
• Experience in a middle market and/or large public accounting firm or agency.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Oracle, Kenexa).

Responsibilities

• Partners with senior management to understand essential skills and background to identify qualified candidates.
• Screens, evaluates, and selects applicants for interview consideration.
• Sources talent through networks, online resources, and social networks to find top candidates.
