Job summary

BME Strategies is a remote-first public health consulting firm founded in 2004, focused on evidence-based programs and equity. We are seeking a detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to support talent, people operations, and culture within our growing team.

The role combines recruiting, onboarding, and culture activities, with room to grow into broader operational and hiring expertise. You will report to the Senior Manager, P&C and contribute to multiple searches and projects.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, talent acquisition, administration, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience independently conducting end-to-end searches for new roles, from recruitment through interviews and onboarding.
Experience with drafting job descriptions, resume review, and candidate selection.

Responsibilities

Recruitment: run end-to-end searches for Associate and Senior Associate roles and onboarding.
People Ops Support: assist with org-wide P&C documents and process improvements.
Culture: support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
ATS management: maintain Workable records and workflows.
Hiring logistics: post job openings and coordinate candidate interviews.
Onboarding: contribute to onboarding materials and coordination with managers.
