Curately AI, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented People Analytics Associate to turn workforce data into actionable insights. You will prepare data-driven materials for leadership and support executive decision-making in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in People Analytics or HR Operations, proficiency with Excel and dashboards (Looker, Workday Discovery Boards), and a collaborative approach to data hygiene, audits, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in People Analytics or HR Operations.
• Ability to use AI tools to automate data tasks or summarize feedback.
• Advanced Excel and dashboard-building skills (Looker/Workday).
• Experience with SQL is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end production of recurring operational reports (e.g., headcount).
• Audit, build, and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and Workday Discovery Boards.
• Prepare high-quality slide decks and data summaries for leadership.
• Lead survey platform activities including configuration and vendor liaison.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs and integrations meet needs.
• Identify trends and provide the why behind the numbers for strategic decisions.
• Support HR audits with accurate data lineage and documentation.
• Champion data hygiene and reconcile data between systems.
